General operatives required for harvesting and packing cabbage.
KEY AREAS OF THE ROLE:
- Harvesting cabbage with a knife
- Working in a trailer packing and moving crates of cabbage
- Working in a pack-house, applying labels to packaged cabbage
- You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring conformance to specifications and rejecting out-of-specification product
- Manual Handling cert an advantage but training will be provided to the right candidate
WORKING HOURS:
Standard hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Saturday 8am - 1pm
Overtime work available during busy periods
