Our Position
- Ensuring that shipments are made in accordance with the shipment schedule and logistics goals.
- To follow up the processes related to export transactions with the customs company.
- Tracking the shipments made until they reach the customer and solving possible problems that may occur during this process.
- Timely and accurate tracking of approval of shipping and customs invoices
- Organizing all export processes.
- Informing the relevant persons by following the processes such as inward processing authorization certificate , investment, incentive, supervision in customs processes
- Realization of the shipment process in sample studies before the SOP phase by ensuring coordination with the project department
- Conducting the shipment process together with the quality department when receiving customer returns
- Preparation of periodic reports on supplier performance monitoring and shipment plans
- Monitoring and improving the quality of warehouse and transportation operations
- To report the execution of the operation in accordance with the determined KPIs and to follow up the material aging reports
- Checking the conformity of the material documents that have arrived or left the warehouse.
- Working parallel with customer representative and production for shipment planning to reduce logistics costs.
- Controlling the customer portals and monitoring the ASN label processes.
- To fulfill all the requirements related to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Management Systems, especially to develop a risk-oriented thinking model and ensure its implementation in the system.
Your Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in the field of logistics
- Effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English language
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
