POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Supervisor is a professional who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. They will plan workers’ schedules; estimates cost and prepares budgets to ensure workflows meets required deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute necessary actions for effective, timely and sustainable action plans resulting from audit findings, customer complaints, quality objectives failures and other requirements by management.
- Produce the required quantity of the product in time in accordance with the delivery date.
- Actively measures performance and implements leading common practices to promote operational efficiencies (i.e. yield optimization, energy/water usage reductions, etc).
- Use the resources at disposal in the best possible manner as well as to regulate the operation in such a way that the desired delivery schedule is maintained. Conduct routing, scheduling and inspection during production process.
- Educates workforce in the food safety fundamentals and completes safety inspections and housekeeping audits / GMP.
- Manufacture the carrageenan within the desired specifications. Employ measures which minimize the likelihood of producing substandard product.
- Implementing improvements to the production process.
- Select the most efficient and economical method to perform the operation.
- Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.
- Perform physical arrangement of manufacturing components and the equipment for handling the material during production process which has a considerable effect on the cost of production.
- Comply with the production schedule and ensure to meet volume target output per month.
- Execute production to achieve the product shipment goal on a monthly basis.
- Determine the economic lot sizes and re-order levels. Plan material requisition in economic lot sizes and schedule the time of issuance so that the investment in the inventory is at the lowest possible level.
- Find the most appropriate method of performing various operations involved in a particular production process so as to obtain the optimum use of the resource as well as increase productivity.
- Generate the interest of the workers to increase their efforts by providing them the proper performance evaluation, feedback and appraisal.
- Takes the duties and responsibilities in Department during the absence of the Production Manager.

Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
