Job Description & Summary

As part of our Client Development team, you are the responsible business driver for our government & public industry and act as a business partner to our Swiss cross-services industry (advisory, assurance, tax, and legal) team to grow the industry and help them best succeed on the market.

Your tasks

• You work directly with the Industry Leader and account teams to support them autonomously and drive the continuous improvement of relevant processes.
• You play a key role in defining and implementing the industry growth strategy, coordinating the Swiss industry team, and driving strategic topics and pursuits.
• You enable and contribute to knowledge sharing, networking, and community building while staying close to developments in the public industry in Switzerland and represent ing the industry internally and externally.
• You monitor the public proposal platform for Switzerland “SIMAP” and ensure we address opportunities with customer-tailored proposal.
• You engage in the management and driving of our top industry accounts
• You work closely with Marketing & Communications and other internal teams to ensure strategic and well-coordinated events and other activities.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor/master's degree and 3 years plus work experience in the public industry and preferably experience in professional services or business development.
• You are a team player who is reliable, flexible, proactive, solution-oriented and motivated by a dynamic and demanding working environment.
• You have strong analytical and project management skills, a convincing and client-focused personality and are used to working with senior stakeholders.
• You are passionate about the public industry and want to help grow our team and deliver value to our clients.
• You are fluent in English, German. French would be a plus.
