Role Profile
- To configure Centralized Messaging Services / Messaging Delivery Platform (CMS / MDP) platforms supporting new marketing services, CMS / MDP evolution (hosting of new services) and new functionalities. Indicative configuration activities (but not limited to) will cover the following areas: CMS / MDP platform connectivity, interface setup/updates, new service number / customer definition, analysis to support new services / functionalities.
- To grant the certification process to ensure the appropriate quality in the delivery phase, delivering high quality products and solutions. Testing and acceptance of the new HW and SW releases associated to the products inside the services portfolio is required.
- To support CMS / MDP platforms monitorization and technology evolution during their lifecycles creating periodical technical reports. HW and SW updates management, configuration and planning of production deployment for the ongoing projects and product roadmap is needed based pon actual needs and technology trends in the industry.
Job Responsibility
- Define HW and SW technical architecture for the CMS / MDP platforms. Ensure the technical capacity for the CMS / MDP based on customers’ traffic dimensioning and taking into account also the network function virtualization strategy
- Design, develop and implement the SW solution for the Messaging services based on the customers’ requirements. Actively contribute to the service specifications definitions
- Lead the HW and SW implementation process and grant the acceptance
- Ensure the testing acceptance for the new HW and SW products delivered by the suppliers
- Manage the HW and SW upgrade and configuration process for the new HW / SW versions of the CMS / MDP platforms
- SW tools / applications development for the CMS / MDP monitoring and reporting. Execute the necessary HW and SW changes on the CMS / MDP platforms based on the reporting tools analysis results.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Career degree - Computer Science or Telecommunications – preferred; else anything similar
- High level of written and spoken English
- Strong expertise in Messaging Services
- Knowledge of telecoms technologies, in particular technical skills, Core Network, Value Added Services, Network Function Virtualization
- Ability to understand marketing needs and reference market evolution
- Strong experience managing complex and inter functional projects
