Essity is looking to hire a Social Media & Community Manager for the Swedish market as a 1 year temporary position within the Consumer Goods Business Unit.

About T he R ole
Reporting to Digital Marketing Manager Baby North you will be part of the digital marketing team and work closely with Social Media & Community Managers in the region. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement social media, community communication, content calendar and manage influencer marketing on the Swedish market. We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
This role will be based at our site office in Mölndal, Sweden with the opportunity to follow a hybrid working pattern aligned to local country policy.
What Y ou W ill D o
In this role your primary r esponsibility is to develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar. In addition to creating and implementing campaigns, you will also be responsible for influencer marketing and supporting campaign performance. This includes adapting campaign materials to ensure they are relevant and effective, setting relevant KPI's, measuring and reporting on campaign results, and securing corrective actions based on data.
Create optimal content based on channel
Monitor social media trends and recommend actions to make sure we utilize new opportunities
Secure we are leading in relevant SoMe (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube etc.)
Who Y ou A re
To be successful in this role, you possess a good digital understanding as well as a strong interest and passion for social media and digital trends. We believe that you are self-driven and have the ability to work independently as well as prioritize and plan your daily work. Furthermore, you are organized, hands-on and consumer oriented. Finally, you have a solution- and goal-oriented approach and are keen on delivering your projects in time with high quality.
University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience in working with social media i.e. planning, executing and follow up of social media activities.
Experience in Google Analytics
Excellent written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English
Experience in working with influencer marketing is an advantage
