POSITION SUMMARY(职位概述)
This position ensures a significant reagent business growth in Clinical market by establishing key account relationship in territory .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
1.Offer academic exchange and application service to key accounts to drive clinical reagent business growth in territory.;
2.Be responsible for key customer relationships and on-going sales-related initiatives to achieve business objectives;
3.Work closely with distributors and provide management support at every point of sales & marketing activities;
4.Develop and manage new customers including the current ones,understanding customers’ requirements;
5.Be responsible for marketing information collection, especially competitive information.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
1. More than 2-yearexperience in KA management management;
2. Can work under pressure and accept business trip;
3. Self-motivated and result-driven;
4. Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers;
5. Good paper reading skills for both English and Chinese.
DESIRABLE(优先条件)
1. Master and above degree, and major in clinical or related will be preferred.
