The system implementation project plays an essential part in that promise.
What you’ll do as HR Consultant and Project Manager:
- Work with our Implementation Methodology to optimise the outcome for the specific customer:
- Be a partner to the customer; be curious and gain insights about the customer to support, coach and challenge them to the best solution considering their needs, visions, and journey from current situation to wanted position
- Secure minimized time to value for the customer
- Always consider the big picture: see the connection between setup of data and configuration of processes in the system and the effect integrations have on the existing system landscape
- Secure high quality in the configuration, in line with customer needs
- Secure that the project is on time, within the scope and within budget and properly document project progress, solution, and decisions in CatalystOne Projects
- In the role as Project Manager, manage multiple implementation projects by simultaneously taking the main responsibility for the overall project with regards to schedule, scope, structure, resources, communication, risks, and stakeholders
- In the role as HR Consultant, act as system expert and support customer during configuration and data migration, run customer meetings and training sessions
- Secure we stay relevant to our customers by contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodology and material - in collaboration with and under the leadership of Center of Excellence
- Secure product change requests from customers are propagated to Product Management via the established channels
- Actively share knowledge of trends, common practices, and other relevant insights
- Contribute to the pre-sale phase with goal to secure customer understanding and correct implementation approach and scoping
Requirements:
- Experience with the implementation of business applications (HCM, CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Proven Project Management skills
- Experience with working as a consultant
- Can "talk" IT with HR and vice versa.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Contributes to an inspirational and motivating working environment.
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English.
