About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Executive, you’ll play an important role in driving conversions by developing, measuring, and optimising impactful marketing campaigns. This is a full-time role with amazing growth potential. If you're an ambitious self-starter with great communication and analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Manage paid advertising campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant ad networks. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners who align with our brand values and target market. Foster strong relationships with affiliate partners and provide them with clear onboarding guidelines and support. Monitor affiliate activities, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and reviewing performance based on key performance indicators and business objectives.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance: Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports on key metrics and insights to the marketing team. Utilise data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase customer engagement. Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements to drive optimal results.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis:: Proactively learn about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities, target audience segments, and emerging marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work together with various teams on ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 years of experience s a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role, with a successful track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B and/or SMB acquisition
High proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Search Console. Familiarity with other ad platforms is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established deadlines
Self-starter who can independently and efficiently drive projects in a fast-paced startup environment
A creative and flexible mindset, with a drive to always improve processes and keep learning
