Office Admin [Malaysia]


 

Hong Kong IT company Extend operation to KL hiring founding staff, will asist Company Director to setup whole KL operation and need to travel to Hong Kong once a year.

  • Handling daily accounting duties, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and petty cash
  • Support month end closing process, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Office setup.
  • Liaison with the insurance agent or vendors for updates/information, consolidating the policies issued, and invoice for payment.
  • Act as liaison officer for all business-related matters (i.e. government agencies/authorities) and attend to all clients and visitors.
  • Provides understanding and support to all functional areas throughout the company including Office administrative and Procurement.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, banks, tax advisors, auditors, vendors, and business partners.
  • Recruitment management like Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Maintaining personnel records like employment contracts, time cards etc
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Assist on documentation like Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies
  • Other Accounting and office administration as assigned.

Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/HR or equivalent.

· Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

· Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field.

· Excellent command in English and able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is added advantages.

· A good team player and able to meet up tight deadlines and face-paced working.

· Basic knowledge of labor legislation

· Organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
