Job responsibilities
- Perform secretary and administrative duties for the manager
- Responsible for follow-up actions on work operations and task assigned
- Schedule appointments, bookings and managing clientele base
- Liaise with vendors on orientation of events and projects
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide support to the business units.
- Assist in recruitment (incl. job posting, candidate screening, arrange interviews, etc.)
- Data entry and well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service oriented
- Training will be provided, matured worker and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
- A self-motivated, self-driven, independent, studious and a good team player
- Meticulous and organised
- Independent and can be a good team player when needed
- Resourceful and takes initiative
- Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: $2,550.00 - $3,450.00 per month
