About Us
Based in Cranbourne West, this window and door manufacturer is currently looking for a customer service person to take ownership of their customers within the office. Reporting to the Directors, this role requires you to join the team to service your clients by phone or via email to make sure all deadlines and expectations are met.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administration, customer service, data entry with general office duties
- Communication with suppliers and customers
- Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Handled difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and email
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
- A background in the manufacturing, building, construction, retail trade industry
- Clear and concise communication skill over the phone
- Have a passion for customer service, can multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
