Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Able to input Chinese and English on computer
  • Patience, good service attitude and coping skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn and try
  • Relevant customer service experience is preferred

  • 基本電腦操作知識
  • 有耐性、 良好服務態度及應對技巧
