Main purpose of the job:
To ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Provide critical support between Payroll, HR and Finance and to administer all relevant documents within the payroll function.
Main missions and results:
- Responsibility for the administration of monthly payrolls across relevant manufacturing sites within the specified region.

Good understanding of collective agreements in Sweden.
- Check and process all documentation received by the payroll deadlines and liaise with the relevant sites regarding any errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure all documentation received complies with both statutory and contractual obligations.
- Perform the monthly pension administration, reconcile the payments and upload the files on to the pension provider platforms within the agreed deadlines.
- Process all attachment of earnings, court orders and payroll deductions such as Union and BHSF
- Process any third-party correspondence in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and external customers and ensure queries are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain overpayment and advance spreadsheets on a monthly basis
- Continuous improvement of Payroll processes and procedures
- Perform monthly reconciliations of all third-party payroll deductions and pay them over in accordance with the relevant deadlines.
- Take on any other projects or tasks that are assigned to you by the management team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2 years previous payroll experience
- Recognised Payroll qualification (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- Excellent I.T. skills and the ability to use multiple applications such as Excel, Word
- Good communication skills both in Swedish & English
- High level of attention to detail
- Well organized individual
