Admin Assistant/Officer [Philippines]


 

  • Maintain logs and records of executed orders.
  • Receive and dispatch orders for products and deliveries.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the full order cycle from start to finish.
  • Arrange transportation, schedule riders, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demands.
  • Provide logistic staff/ riders information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle in order to meet deadlines.
  • Address any problem or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably.
  • Take charge of investigations of customer complaints with regards to product delivery and other transportation associated issues.
  • Ensure that PODs (Proof of Delivery) and return transactions are complete, accurate, and processed on time
  • Comply with all regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Checks and validates gasoline reimbursement of riders.
  • Supervise riders and their daily route
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • At least 2 years work experience handling similar role in logistics or delivery service company
  • Well versed in Microsoft office particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Can work at a minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

  • Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
