- To support and manage sales/branch network,meet CASA and fee goals of the bank.
Job Responsibilities
- To grow CASA for the bank.
- To grow the Fee income for the bank.
- Increase the non - interest income by strengthening/modifying existing products and exploring new product/services lines.
- Support the bank in launching and managing the preferred banking division.
- Help the bank in setting up the contact centre.
- Able to sale salary loans and personal loans
- Set up KPI’s of the branch sales team, in consultation with the Head of Liabilities.
- Set up a Daily Operating Rhythm for the sales team at branches.
Financial Responsibility:
- Manage resources effectively and within budget.
Requirements/ Skills
- Bachelor's in Business or Marketing preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of experience as Retail (Salary Loan and Personal Loan).
- Conversant with Savings and Loan Mobilization.
