The Delivery & Change Center of Excellence (CoE) is a newly formed team that brings together the Project Delivery and Business Initiatives teams into three Practice areas – Delivery, Change and Analysis. The CoE is responsible for leading the NZ Divisions projects and business change initiatives to ensure that the Bank achieves its strategic outcomes.

The Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence Head of Business Analysis is a key senior leadership position that will establish strategic direction and deliver best practice. Other key responsibilities will include;

Leadership and change oversight of the NZ Division Business Analysis Practice

Develop and implement a NZ Division Business Analysis Practice Roadmap that responds to changing business needs.

Drive business analysis capability uplift to ensure our people are provided with opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge.

Build consistency of Business Analysis practice across the NZ Division.

Proactively forecast demand, working with Business Units and the Nga Tāpuwae Program.

Build partnerships across the new Delivery & Change CoE leadership to come together as one team.

Create opportunities for continuous improvement and delivery cost efficiency through new business analysis delivery partnerships and internal resourcing pipelines.

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Ability to proactively build and lead high functioning, collaborative teams to deliver business outcomes.

Previous years of proven experience in senior business analysis leadership.

Demonstrated understanding, and interest in global/industry business analysis best practice.

Passion for continuous improvement of people and processes to drive efficiency.

Ability to build strong cross-business relationships through positive influence.

Fully conversant with Business Analysis methodologies, principles and tools

Demonstrated commercial acumen through a variety of experience.

Strong communication and engagement skills.
