1. Roles and responsibilities Service and Barista crew (no prior experience welcome too)

Maintain and improve the cleanliness of the cafe and coffee preparation area
Maintenance of equipment and coffee machine.
Provide assistance in ordering and cashiering
Ability to multitask - keep track of inventory and stock check, basic cleaning of kitchen area etc.
Provide assistance in ordering and cashiering
Ushering of customers
Scooping of ice cream and preparation of ice cream desserts
Friendly and have good sense of customer service
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness
Able to handle difficult situation in a calm manner
Clearing of tables, dishes and disinfecting
2. Other responsibilities/competencies
Streamline and better improve operational flow
Managing stock levels of supplies
Ensure daily sales are tallied
Managing weekly manpower allocation and work schedules
Gain experience with human resource management
To train and develop detail-oriented, leadership, interpsonal, problem solving and communication skills
