Position: HR Executive-Payroll
Salary: 35K to 38K Pm in Hand
Location: Malad (W) Link Road
Experience: 2-5Years
Shift: Any 9 Hr shift between 9am-10pm
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and designing employees benefit packages.
Executing the employee& annual review procedures.
Maintain Payroll & Regulatory Statutory Compliance
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
Maintain Payroll & Regulatory Statutory Compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
