Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy
- Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including written and visual content
- Confident in using Tiktok
- Manage the company's social media accounts and monitor social media activity, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics and use the data to improve the company's social media presence and engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or tech industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns and budget management
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
