To ensure documentation & submission of offline/ online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist. • Capability to manage GEM Portal, Tender Wizard NBCC,CPWD,NDMC and other E-Procurement website adding new products and bidding, ordering etc. • Maintaining files of all tenders. • Preparing the proposals. • Preparing & filling E-Tenders. • Responsible for Bid making & Prepare relevant documents. • Managing Bids/RFP, RFQ, RFI responses. • Searching of upcoming / new tenders through online / offline mode such as e-procurement and e-tendering portal, and the leading Newspapers, Web sites & various other sources for the company as per criteria given by top management. • Applying registration on the new sites for e-tendering • Coordinating with various departments for the submission of necessary supporting documents, technical datasheets, test reports and certificates required for submitting technical bid. • Prepare documents for e-Tendering, Studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from the public sector undertaking Govt. and other organizations. • Converting inquiries into order. • Coordinating with the Sale steam for sales report. • Supervise and track through the complete tender process from the prequalification stage to the final bid submission, the award of contract, and engagement closeout. • Follow up tender registration & payments in various govt departments. Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 4 years experience in the tendering department. • Candidate having experience and detailed knowledge of E-tendering. • Must have ability of screening the tenders on the registered portals. • Must be well versed with technical and practical knowledge of tendering.
