Customer Care Representative [Canada]


 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Review applications of potential employees
  • Develop attractive recruitment programs
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings
  • Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
  • Coach a team of Representatives

The minimum requirements for this job are:

  • High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working customer service/related field
  • Winning attitude, ability to work independently
  • Reliable communication and time management skills
  • Available to travel(optional)
