We are currently seeking skilled Customer Care Specialists to join our Platform Care+ technical support team based in Bucharest, Romania. The team’s main responsibility is customer focused, supporting technical incident management and resolution.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise on SAP Fieldglass related queries and scenarios to Aventi’s client organisations and implementation experts, ensuring a seamless customer experience on every support interaction.

The goal of this skilled user-oriented specialist is to gain solid understanding of the customers’ environment, build trustful relationships and networking that would enable them to offer high quality support services.

To ensure this, our specialists will need to demonstrate deep understanding of the SAP Fieldglass system and connected functionalities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provides end user technical support via incident management tool

- Performs requested changes to existing designs or configurations

- Monitors SAP Fieldglass system integrations

- Owns and monitors customer configuration enhancements

- Ensures maintenance of SAP Fieldglass related knowledge base (Aventi Answers)

- Contributes to internal knowledge capture and retention (Aventi Knowledge Base)

- Performs system testing

- Collaborates with other team members and customer representatives to research and diagnose problems

- Answers customer inquiries and escalates complex issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid support

- Proactively takes steps to enhance the customer experience

- Prioritizes the workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Good understanding of the Incident Management process

- Previous experience in a technical support role

- User-focused, self-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced experience is required

- Ability to articulate technical issues and solutions to customers and team members

- Strong English written and verbal communication skills (English C1 – C2 proficiency)

- Customer oriented, friendly, and empathetic attitude

- The ability to succeed with minimal supervision, adapt to change, and willingness to work on tasks until completion

- Detail-oriented and able to work with large amounts of data

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

- Experience in working with SAP Fieldglass or other SAP systems

- Experience with Atlassian Software Suite (Confluence, Jira) is a plus

- Capable to work under pressure and strict deadlines.

- Overall Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) knowledge is advantageous

- Computer Science background education or experience is desirable but not critical

Education and Experience:

- 2 or more years of related experience required

Although this area of work is open to all graduates with bachelor’s degree, the following subjects may increase your chances:
