We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a food and beverage/client services coordinator. This is a permanent full time position working 07:30am to 04:00pm Monday to Friday. In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in providing exceptional food service for all client and internal functions while being part of our collaborative and supportive work environment. The role
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. As the food and beverage/client services coordinator, you'll be responsible for a range of hands on tasks including preparing food for meetings and functions, sandwich making, canapé preparation, and baking for client meetings. You will also assist the client experience team in the delivery and clearing of food to and from meeting rooms and events and maintain a seamless beverage service between the kitchen and front of house teams.
You will also ensure strict adherence to industry food safety standards, prioritising the wellbeing of our clients and staff. You will also be responsible for maintenance of coffee machines, kitchen cleanliness, restocking of supplies, managing the food and beverage budget, required records management and administration, ordering and invoicing.

- Previous experience in a similar food service role is preferred. If you have basic cooking skills that would be desirable but is not essential
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effectively enabling teamwork
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and budget management, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- A positive 'can do' attitude where you go above and beyond the normal call of duty.
