- Marketing Execution and Brand Image
- Support Marketing Manager in development and implementation of business and marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and initiate discussion with Marketing Manager to modify and implement new strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the local Communications / PR and retail team to plan and implement marketing programs and activities, including event management.
- A&P Monitoring
- Work closely with local Communications / PR, VM team, and Events team to implement A&P activities within Budget / LE.
- Co-work with the Finance team to monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of A&P activities.
- Control and keep track of marketing budget expenses in line with business planning and forecasts.
- Provide general administration support in the marketing department including creating recharge Debit Note, payment request, SAP PO creation, etc.
- CRM Management
- Be the main contact person in a boutique for all CEM-retail projects implementation, e.g. iConnection, client registration, iCoco, etc.
- Manage client databases, analyze and propose relevant action plans accordingly.
- Work with a boutique team closely on client and campaign analysis and develop action plans.
- Regular debriefs to retail team on CEM updates from Marketing e.g. upcoming communication tools and events, global developments on new CEM and service initiatives
- Ensure client data capture and accuracy
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree majoring Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good brand management knowledge and exposures including marketing planning and CEM activation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to manage multiple priorities
