Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a new Medical assistant for the Medical team in Bucharest.
Coordinates the medical detailing materials O+O according to the medical detailing action plan on all ACD brands :
- Organizes medical detailing materials meetings – ( O+O : ADVs , fiches poso, pad prescriptions, samples, etc….)
- Is in charge of prints and delivery of all the required material to field teams and for all the medical events ( congresses, round tables, observational studies, presentations, etc…)
- Acts as the link between the local head office and field teams on any operational issues (two-way communication, material delivery,…)
- Leads administrative organization and management for the medical events O+O at regional or national level (congresses, symposiums, webinar, round tables, advisory boards, …) in close collaboration with Head of Medical Relations
- Leads administrative organization and management for medical detailing (eg: samples management, material delivery, etc)
- Monitors the whole medical budget (purchasing orders, …)
- Coordinates new employees arrival
- Work together with other functions / departments (marketing, medical detailing AMM, medical communications, medical multichannel and digital)
- Directly report to the Medical Director
