We need a motel manager to join our team now.
The daily duties will include:
-Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, and housekeeping activities
-Provide our guests with great customer service to ensure their stay is exceptional
-Assisting to provide guests with local tourism information
-Rostering and training staff accordingly within budget while maintaining the quality
-Responsible for dealing with all complains and ensure customer satisfaction
-Supervising daily accounting and purchasing activities
-Responsible for maintaining basic facilities and any workplace hazards
-Working with your team and lead by example
-Promoting the Motel in the local area to increase occupancy
Who is the ideal person?
-Previous 1 year experience in customer Service and business developmental role
-Be a people person and able to communicate with a diverse clientele
-Have a "Can Do Attitude"
-Wanting to grow and develop within a regional area
