This is a part-time position.
Meadows Mechanical is a premier provider for HVAC, piping, and plumbing. We are looking for a part-time office administrator that is tech savvy. Duties:
- Promote and maintain a positive working environment in alignment with Meadows Mechanical values.
- Full-cycle accounts payable- low volume, about 30 to 70 invoices received weekly.
- Review, maintain and record all company credit card transactions.
- Process payroll on weekly basis.
- Process payroll taxes.
- Book ACH payments.
- Overall office compliance, day-to-day admin, and office maintenance.
- Handling licensing, vehicle related tasks, employee badging, mail, and answering phones.
- Oversee support from outsourced IT service provider for employee devices, employee workstations and software programs.
- Assist employees with Apple devices as needed.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies.
- Assist with HR duties.
- Create and organize office events for team building and employee engagement.
- Assist in creating and maintaining office procedures for best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and employee data.
- Ensure office is clean and maintains a professional presentation.
- Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience strongly preferred.
- Sound administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of relevant, front-end and back-end office experience.
- Familiar with Apple devices.
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot problems and provide a corrective action plan.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving, flexibility and prioritization skills are required, ability to think outside the box and apply creative solutions to on-going problems.
- Pleasant personality must interact with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.
Pay Range is $25 to $35 an hour depending on experience - Part time position with full-time potential. 24 hours to 32 hours a week.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., this is negotiable.
