Job Overview:
Be part of our core in-house QA team and responsible for manual testing for our wealth management platform. The team is international, diverse, young, highly motivated, and passionate about the product. You will have the opportunity to work in a global technology team and provide your own creative input.
Job Description :
- Degree holder in CS or related subject
- 3+ years of hands-on manual and functional testing experience; automation experience would be a bonus
- Business analysis of what tests cause the biggest impact on the firm's revenue stream and customer happiness
- To develop a strong understanding and translate the business requirements into test
scenarios and test cases - Develop, maintain, and execute test plans
- Assist developers in troubleshooting of testing issues
- Effectively communicate as a team player supporting the overall product development effort
- Ability to understand business cases and proactively suggest features
- Assist development/QA team members in writing test scripts
- Provide feedback on both technical and business issues to the team
Key Experience & Skills:
- Analyzing user stories/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Knowledge in Java programming, Selenium, Web Services - REST API Testing
- Asset Wealth Management Financial knowledge – preferred
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a workplace, and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to work as an independent, quick learner, and effective communicator
- Strong written and verbal communication in English. Must be able to clearly describe and discuss problems
- Experience with source control tools like GitHub – preferred
- Preferably has experience with JIRA, SQL, and Web application
