Your Impact as Supply Chain Manager
- You will translate the global supply chain strategy into a local supply chain strategy, implement this in the plants, ensuring required customer service levels, balancing cost and cash
- You will coach team members on S&OP process objectives for the plants
- You will prepare scenario, cost/profitability impact as input to the global supply review meetings
- For local business components you will adapt, drive and deploy supply chain process tools, coach the team in this
- You will be responsible for optimization of local logistic flows – both in cost and efficiency together with central shipping team
- You will strongly cooperate with local purchasing
- You will guarantee supply chain environmental, social, economical sustainability in the local plants and supply network

- supply chain, driving S&OP: 4 years (Required)
- knowledge of strategical, tactical and operational SCH: 4 years (Required)
