Clearit customs Brokers is currently looking for a Web Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and understand the importance of customer care & satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer queries through our Online platform/phone lines and allocate accordingly to Customs Team
- Prepare, analyze and finalize quotes to customers
- managing receivables
- manage incoming referral requests

- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and time management skills
- Computer savvy
- Ability to handle large volume of workload
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective communication skills - Bilingual (Strong Command of English)
