Chapel Caf is a busy caf that is placed within Tauranga City. We have a reputation
for great coffee - we are also well known for wonderful baking, fresh seasonal food
and great service.

We have several Caf Assistant positions available for the right person to join our
team. The positions offered involved rostered shifts and would be offered on a
permanent basis. The position is for at least 35 hours per week. Our opening hours are 6:45am 4:00pm daily, open 7 days a
week.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for
customer service, making coffee, delivering food, ensuring areas are clean and tidy,
maintaining stock levels and caf setup.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operating POS systems
• Serving food
• Clearing tables
• Able to follow and give instructions
• Communicate well with the kitchen team
• Making coffee efficiently and to a high standard is a bonus.

Experience Attributes:

• Professional and positive approach
• Work well under pressure
• Team player
• Hospitality service and/or barista experience is an advantage.

Applicants must have reliable t a current drivers license and be able to
pass a drug test.
Renumeration for this position starts at $30per hour.
