The Property Management function operates 115 office locations across 51 cities in 16 countries in APAC everyday, managing and delivering real estates products and services to close to 100,000 employees working across 10M sqft workspace in the region.
As the Head of Regional Property Management Operations, you will be accountable for day-to-day operations, as well as the execution of holistic and integrated short and long term strategic program for all aspects of property management operations reflective of business needs, the latest industry and market trends, and innovation.
Job responsibilities
- Property Management - Manage effectively and efficiently the strategic programs and day-to day-operations, in partnership with location managers and the vendor partners covering areas including, but not limited to, Fire Life Safety, Environmental Health Safety, Vendor Management, Housekeeping, Preventive maintenance program and Pull the Plug exercise. In addition, this role is responsible for managing the execution of minor churns, maintenance related projects
- Critical Facilities - Support Regional Engineering lead to develop an effective management of critical facility infrastructure (including co-lo Data Centers) day-to-day operations and maintenance program
- Sustainability - Develop programs to support the bank's sustainability goals incorporating industry trends and market opportunities. This role is also responsible for managing alternative energy sourcing, management of power consumption and manage recycling program
- Resiliency Management - Manage the facility day-to-day operation resiliency requirements in accordance to business resiliency plans
- Financials and Operational Control - Develop the property management budget, manage effective financial reporting and operational analytics to ensure proper operational controls .
- Vendor Management Program - Manage vendor partnership within agreed objectives and ensure strategic vendor partnerships.
- Administration and People - Optimize staff and outsourced model to ensure talent retention and attraction internally and with vendor partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 10 years senior management and leadership experience in the corporate real estate industry
- University degree preferably with specialization on engineering, project management, and other related field
- Effective leadership, communication and collaborative skills
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Excellent planning and program management skills
- Good understanding of expense management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project management certification holder, e.g. PMP, Prince2 and PgMP
- Experience in data analytics and data visualization tools and platforms
