As a Sales Operations Manager you will optimize sales processes, enhance productivity, and support sales teams in achieving their targets through data-driven insights, effective tools, and streamlined operations.

Your challenge

Accelerate sellers productivity

  • Build the best tool suite, build the connections between tools so they work together seamlessly and continuously improve it to accelerate sales

  • Own, with Product Marketing Managers, the sales enablement repository so that the narrative and sales process stay consistent, are pre-vetted by technical owners and are set once

  • Map out the ideal sales cycle and identifies opportunities for Sales to continuously adjust their aim

Provide clarity to the goals and ensure the sales team is correctly incentivised

  • Co-own Objectives and key results (OKRs) with the Sales lead

  • Set appropriate incentive schemes with the Sales lead, for example revenue quota and bonus payouts

  • Co-own customer success stories, Sales Ops contribute to the definition of North Star to act as a further motivating factor for Sales

Raise job satisfaction

  • Create a learning environment in the team where successes and failures are shared for everyone to benefit

  • Act as a bridge between individual contributors and leaders

  • Minimise all the annoyances and frustrations so that Sales tenure and happiness in the role is maximised

Your profile

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Process improvement expertise

  • Sales analytics and reporting (strong analytical skills)

  • Tech savvyness

  • Business acumen

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Sales forecasting and planning

  • Project management skills

  • Continous learning mindset

  • English on native speaker level
