CRIT recrute pour l'un de ses client un Technicien IT anglophone /hispanophone
Missions :
1. IT Field Services and Support
Support the network service on a 1st level basis incl. patching of workplaces and troubleshooting of connected services; diagnose and resolve issues on site at the users desk or in the IT lab; create and track warranty claims related to IT equipment; fulfill service duties regarding fixed IT assets such as printer support, meetingroom hardware etc.; Install, Move, Add, Change any IT related device and track the status accordingly; support local printing management (SAP and office printers; support local voice communications (VDF mobile, landline and Edgebox); reporting of voice and printer communications
2. IT End User Service and Support
Take end user calls; analyze issues and requests regarding IT services; create and manage tickets within the ITSM software ServiceNow; prioritize and categorize such tickets; manage and steer escalation of tickets to the next level in IT support; work on tickets on a 1st level basis regarding defined SLA times based on ITIL procedures and processes
3. IT Asset Management
Take inventory of new and used IT devices such as PCs, printers etc.; create or update entries for IT devices within the central asset management tools; communicate with other departments such as Finance, to maintain the system fully
Profil recherché :
-Diplôme en IT
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum
- Langues : Maitrise de l'anglais et espagnol
